StudioSpass is us: Jaron Korvinus & Daan Mens.
Since April 2008, we run an office for visual communication in the heart of Rotterdam/NL. We specialize in making campaigns and visual identities, both in print and in pixels. StudioSpass is evolving into an all round design office. We avoid being trapped into corners and fixed formulae, and we really value Spass and passion in design. Communication by visual power
We generate communication concepts through close dialogue with the client and extensive research into ideas and visualisation. Both trained as illustrators/image makers (Willem de Kooning Academy, Rotterdam), we share a passion for typography. We combine visual inventiveness with graphic ingenuity and an astute eye for details. Thus we generate the visual power we aim at: “We want a WOW at 5 meters, and a WOW at 5 centimeters as well.”

We focus on film and cross-platform projects and have track record of innovation in this area. Our unique studio model unites the efforts of our team through a collaborative and multidisciplinary approach to production. We collaborate with brands, advertising agencies, production companies and individuals worldwide and help them to develop their visionary creative across all platforms. Whether it’s a commercial, mobile app or feature film our rich toolset will be able to suit any type of production.

Next to having a strong reel in traditional commercial work for major brands including Levis, GQ, Ray-Ban, Starwars, Nintendo, Red-Bull, Nissan and Heineken we also feel at home in the digital arena. Our installations have been seen at Onedotzero, Art Rotterdam, The National History Museum in London, Ether at the Royal Festival Hall and the Royal Albert Hall in London.

We are passionate to take on challenging projects and always search for like-minded obsessive types to build new teams of talented artists carefully chosen to fit each creative assignment. From creating advanced digital content to showcasing and nurturing international artists at our Vegas Gallery in London we are animated by a passion for great work - wherever it may be found.

During the last years we worked for important consultants, where we developed projects concerning any of the branches related to designing.
We got to meet great artists and designers, and together, we went through different fields, from advertising to animation, from graphic campaigns to environment design. Such experience got us to create our own environment, a space wherein we can mix both art and creativity, concepts and design: Place. —We are Place, from Sudamérica, Argentina.
